I'll try the Pack Check as you have linked. I will post any updates here for anyone else experiencing any issues.
A few quick things you can try: Re-open your 'Microtransactions' shop, or your 'Cosmetics' tab and idle there for a moment to see if the items redeem to your account. My other question would be, are you from NA and made an account to download the client from EU prior to the NA version being available? If so, this will prevent the items from redeeming to your account. I did download the account from a different region and am from NA. Is there a way to fix this? By doing so, isnt it starting the game over? You aren't the only one. I have restarted the game, to no avail. What I mean is, I downloaded poe on my EU account. I played to level 40, for example. Then I download the game again on my US account. Also, are players on their EU accounts able to see and party with players from US and other regions? I thought you were talking about this showing up after running the client.
I did this for the installer I'm pretty sure. Actually, it doesn't appear to have worked. Which part didn't work? The "Allocating Space" phase creates a data container the size of the data file it is going to download.
